We does not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY cancellation requests. You must receive your order first, then request a refund.
It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 48 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent to us without prior approval will not be returned to the sender.
All samples are nonrefundable.
If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.
Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the thousands of orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.
All approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a 40% or $100 (whichever is greater) restocking fee that is non-waivable and non-negotiable.
We do not accept any refunds on samples, custom wigs (this includes extra density and units with bleached knots or custom colors), custom orders (this includes our 40” bundles), or any of our services or memberships. all of these purchases are final and non-refundable.
